This data-base includes a selection of organizations dealing with end-of-life related issues and based in partner countries (Belgium, Italy, Portugal and Sweden).
The aim of this data-base is to be a mapping exercise to identify organizations which might benefit of project results and / or that can be useful contacts to professionals and informal carers at national level. By scrolling down you can see the full list of contacts, but you can also limit your research to specific entries by filtering according to Country and/or Type of Organization you are interested in.
The mapping is in progress and new entries will be added during the life-span of the project: please contact us if you would like your organization to be included in the data base.
