Partners met in Brussels on 6 and 7 December 2022 to launch the Hold My Hand project.
This meeting was an opportunity to review all aspects of the project and to agree on the
timetable of activities and the next steps of the project. Each partner had previously
prepared a presentation of the national state-of-art regarding end-of-life support and
palliative care. The consortium was therefore able to discuss the existing differences
between the national realities.
