President of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, Ana Jorge, has the honour to invite you for the Conference “Life: when the End justifies a Beginning” that will take place on November 21, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, in Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, Largo Trindade Coelho, in Lisbon.
This conference’s goal is to present the international project Hold My Hand – Erasmus+ and aims to promote the debate and awareness of a culture that addresses the anticipation and advanced care plan
